A calendar that thinks

ClaudIA doesn't offer an appointment by guesswork. Before giving a time it checks each stylist's hours and breaks, which services they do, the real length of each option, what's already booked or blocked, rooms and equipment, and that same client's other appointments. And it tells the time a client takes up the chair apart from the time the stylist's hands are busy.

It's the difference between an assistant that answers and one that runs the calendar. Every time that frees up offers itself to the waiting list, every change you make is passed on to the client, and Reports show how much the processing time you put to use has brought in. You set the rules once; ClaudIA applies them in every conversation, written or on the phone.

How it works

  1. Each stylist has their own hours (with a split shift, if they work one) and their own services: ClaudIA only offers times that genuinely exist.
  2. A colour's processing time frees the stylist for another short appointment, never the client: nobody gets a wash in the middle of their own colour.
  3. Combined services are booked chained together and whole, within a single shift; if they don't fit, ClaudIA offers the latest time at which they all do.
  4. You block out an afternoon from the calendar (or on WhatsApp, by giving it the order), and that time disappears from chat, phone and your booking page.
  5. An overlap-proof constraint makes two appointments at once with the same stylist impossible; if you want to force one, the calendar asks and lets you.
