Do I have to change my phone number?

No. ClaudIA connects to the WhatsApp number you already use by scanning a QR code. Your team can keep using it as always.

Does it replace my receptionist?

No, and it isn't meant to. It answers when nobody can: at night, on Sundays, or when the salon is full. Your team sees every conversation and takes over whenever they want.

Does it answer the phone too?

Voice calls run on a Spanish number today, so they're live in Spain; in the United States they arrive as soon as we have a local number. Everything else works from day one.
