Saying that artificial intelligence saves time no longer convinces anyone. What helps you decide is something else: how many appointments the assistant booked at your clinic last week, how many came in while the clinic was closed and how many hours of reception time it gave back to the team.
Every morning: what it did yesterday
The morning summary arrives on the clinic's alerts WhatsApp without asking. As well as the day's calendar, it tells you what ClaudIA did the day before: the appointments it booked, what they're worth and how many came in outside the clinic's hours. The ones on Sunday afternoon, when an owner remembers their dog's vaccine is due, are exactly the ones that went unanswered without an assistant.

Reports brings together the appointments ClaudIA booked and their value, compared with the previous period, and the time saved: the conversations it handled on its own, without passing them to the team, multiplied by the minutes each one takes your reception. You decide the minutes. With 300 conversations a month at five minutes each, that's 25 hours: more than three working days back in the consulting room.
Campaigns measured by the appointments they bring in
In each campaign's detail you see the messages that went out, who replied and the appointments booked by those who received it in the following 14 days, not counting cancellations. You can add an image —the vaccination campaign poster— that arrives in the same WhatsApp with your text underneath.
And with orders by WhatsApp, every Thursday ClaudIA suggests a campaign for the clients who are drifting away, with the days of the following week that have the most free times. It only goes out if you reply «yes».
