When there's no time available and someone wants one, they go on the list. What changes is what happens next: when an appointment falls through, someone has to remember to check the list and call, and between consultations nobody remembers.
ClaudIA lets people know on its own as soon as a time frees up and gives it to whoever answers first. If there's no answer within a few hours, it offers it to the next person.
How it works
- Whoever can't find a time goes on the list from the conversation itself.
- When an appointment is cancelled, ClaudIA lets whoever was waiting know.
- The first to say yes gets the time and the calendar updates.
The ten o'clock cancellation
A ten o'clock check-up falls through. By five past ten it belongs to someone who had been waiting a week for their dog's ultrasound, and nobody on the team has had to pick up the phone.
