Plenty of visits are more than one service: colour and a cut, highlights and a treatment. ClaudIA chains them on the same day, works out the total time and books them back to back, with no dead gaps in between.
That way you use the calendar better and your client leaves with everything sorted in a single visit. If one link fails — the stylist for the cut doesn't work at that time — ClaudIA doesn't leave half a combination hanging: it stops there and suggests another time for the lot.
How it works
- The client asks for several services in the same visit.
- ClaudIA adds up the durations and finds a block of time that fits.
- It books the services one after another, each with a stylist who does it.
- It checks the whole block fits before closing time and within a single shift; if not, it offers the latest time at which they all fit back to back.
