ClaudIA Vet is paid with a fixed monthly fee, on three plans according to the size of the clinic —Consulta, Clínica and Clínica Plus—, with no setup fee, no minimum term and no commission per appointment. The price of each plan in your country is on the pricing page, and the first month is free.
But the useful question isn't just how much it costs; it's what you compare it with and what stops happening once it's in place.
What to add up on top of the fee
With many tools the fee is only the start. Before signing with anyone, ask about the setup fee, whether you're charged per conversation or per message, whether reminders cost extra, about the minimum term and about how much it costs to take your data with you the day you leave.
With ClaudIA there's no setup fee, conversations and reminders are unlimited, there's no minimum term and the client list and calendar can be downloaded from the dashboard whenever you like.
| Question | With ClaudIA Vet |
|---|---|
| Is there a setup or installation fee? | No |
| Do you pay per conversation or per reminder? | No: they're unlimited |
| Commission per appointment? | No |
| Minimum term? | No |
| Can I take my data with me? | Yes, from the dashboard |
What each plan includes, broadly
Consulta is for the clinic that's starting out: the assistant on WhatsApp and Instagram, the calendar, a record for each pet, reminders and alerts. Clínica and Clínica Plus add what a team needs: the reception till, time tracking and, in Spain, the voice phone line. The detail, feature by feature, is on your country's pricing page.
What to compare it with
Not with zero. Compare it with what the clinic already pays without seeing it: reception hours answering messages and confirming appointments by hand, empty consultations from appointments nobody confirmed, vaccines that slip through because nobody gave notice, and night-time messages answered after the owner has already called another clinic.
| Cost that already exists | How you notice it | What changes |
|---|---|---|
| Messages answered late | The owner books at another clinic | An answer straight away, at any hour |
| Confirmations by hand | A chunk of reception time every day | Automatic reminder with confirmation |
| Appointments nobody turns up to | An empty consultation with no time to fill it | Confirmation and a waiting list |
| Forgotten vaccines and check-ups | Patients who stop coming | A reminder per pet when it's due |
How to know whether it pays off
Count a normal week: how many messages were answered late, how many appointments were confirmed by hand, how many consultations were left empty and how many overdue vaccines have no appointment. With those four numbers in front of you, the fee is compared with something real. And with the first month free, you can measure it with your own clinic before paying anything.
