An annual health plan —some check-ups, the vaccines the clinic sets, a discount on grooming— builds client loyalty and brings revenue forward. What it doesn't sort out is the counting: how many check-ups they've had, whether the summer one was included, whether it has already expired.
The system keeps the count
In ClaudIA you create your plans and packs with what they include, their price and their expiry. They're sold from the dashboard or the till and appear on the client's record. Every completed appointment deducts a session automatically, and if it's undone, the session comes back.
| Moment | What happens |
|---|---|
| Sale | The plan goes on the record, with its receipt |
| Each completed visit | One session is deducted automatically |
| An appointment that's undone | The session comes back |
| Before it expires | ClaudIA writes once to book an appointment |
What the client asks
«Do I have a check-up left on my plan?» is a typical Saturday-night question. ClaudIA looks at the plan, says how many are left and until when, and offers an appointment. Selling, redeeming and cancelling happen at the clinic, where the money is: the assistant informs, it doesn't move money.
So it doesn't expire with sessions left
A plan that expires with check-ups unused is the worst possible ending: the client paid and didn't use it. Before that happens, ClaudIA writes once to offer an appointment. Once, not a chain of messages.
Questions clinics ask
What can a health plan include? Whatever your clinic decides: check-ups, preventive services, baths. You define it when you create the plan.
Can ClaudIA sell a plan on WhatsApp? No. It reports the balance and books appointments; sales and redemptions are done at the clinic.
Does it give notice before it expires? Yes, just once, offering an appointment to use what's left.
