Veterinary estimates that get accepted: by phase, by WhatsApp and with a payment plan

Updated 2026-10-11 · 2 min read

An operation or a long treatment almost always involves an estimate, and almost always on paper: it's handed over in the consulting room, the owner takes it home to think about and there it stays. Not because they don't want to go ahead, but because nobody brings the subject up again.

By item or by phase

An estimate is easier to understand when you can see what each part includes. In ClaudIA you prepare it in the dashboard, from the client's record, by item or by phase, with your clinic's prices.

Sent by WhatsApp, accepted from the phone

Instead of a piece of paper, the owner receives a private link by WhatsApp. They read it calmly, share it with whoever they need to discuss it with at home and accept it from their phone. The acceptance is recorded.

If the amount is high, it can come with a payment plan, so the decision doesn't depend on paying it all at once.

So it isn't left hanging

What loses most estimates isn't the price, it's forgetting. In the dashboard you see which estimates are pending, which were accepted and which are about to expire, so someone on the team can pick the subject up again in time.

StatusWhat to do
PendingRemind the owner they have it and answer any questions
AcceptedBook the appointment and, if needed, send the consent
ExpiredDecide whether to update it or close it

Questions clinics ask

Does the owner need to install anything to accept the estimate? No. They receive a private link by WhatsApp and accept it from their phone's browser.

Can the payment be split? Yes. A payment plan can be added to the estimate.

Does ClaudIA set the prices? No. The prices and items are your clinic's; ClaudIA takes care of sending it and showing you its status.
