People looking for a vet check the stars before anything else. And almost no clinic asks for reviews, because you have to remember right when the owner is leaving with their animal in their arms and reception is taking payment from the next client.
Asking a few hours later
The right moment isn't at the front desk, it's a few hours later, back at home. ClaudIA asks on its own how the visit went. With a four or a five, it says thank you and invites them to leave a review with the link to your Google profile. If you haven't set a link, it just says thank you.
Low scores, to you first
With a three or less no link is sent. ClaudIA asks what happened, takes down the reason in the owner's own words and alerts you at once. With the reason in front of you and on the same day, almost everything is sorted with a phone call.
It isn't hiding anything: it's letting whoever wasn't happy tell you, since you're the one who can fix it.
| Score | What ClaudIA does |
|---|---|
| 4 or 5 | Says thank you and offers the link to your Google profile |
| 3 or less | Asks what happened, notes it and alerts you |
In moderation
You choose from which visit it asks and how many hours afterwards. The same person is never asked twice within thirty days, and anyone you'd rather not ask is marked on their record. After a delicate visit, the sensible thing is not to ask: you decide that.
Questions clinics ask
When does ClaudIA ask about the visit? The number of hours after the appointment that you choose. If the appointment ends at night, the question waits until the next morning.
What happens with a low rating? It isn't sent to Google. ClaudIA takes down the reason and alerts you so you can sort it out in private.
Can I stop a particular client from being asked? Yes, it's marked on their record and they aren't asked.
