«Time for a check-up»: the message that brings every patient back

As well as vaccines, there are visits that come back on their own if someone remembers: the annual check-up, the senior pet check, the follow-up after a treatment. The owner hasn't gone to another clinic; time simply passes and nobody writes to them.

On each service you set how often it's worth coming back. When that interval has passed since the pet's last visit, ClaudIA writes to the owner once, with the pet's name, and if they say yes it suggests times and books the appointment.

In moderation: it doesn't write to anyone who already has an appointment booked, who asked not to receive messages, or who didn't turn up to their last appointment. If they don't answer, they get one gentle reminder and that's it.

How it works

  1. On each service you set how often it's worth coming back.
  2. The clock runs per pet, from its last completed visit.
  3. ClaudIA writes once and, if there's no answer, just one more reminder.
  4. Whoever says yes leaves with the appointment booked in the same conversation.
Nala's annual check-up
Nala came for her check-up last October. This October, once the interval the clinic set on the check-up has passed, her owner gets a message with Nala's name inviting her back. She says yes and leaves with an appointment for Thursday.
