It understands voice notes and photos

With the dog in their arms or out on a walk, many people don't type: they send a voice note. And a photo is worth more than three messages to show the coat or the cut they want.

ClaudIA listens to voice notes and answers them as if they were text: it books the appointment, moves Thursday's, answers about Saturday's hours. Photos for grooming help point to which service on your list fits.

If the photo shows something health-related —a wound, an eye, the skin—, ClaudIA doesn't assess it or give an opinion: it leaves it in the conversation for your team, tells the owner the vet will look at it and offers an appointment. If what they describe may be urgent, it alerts the team at once.

How it works

  1. Voice notes are turned into text and ClaudIA answers them in writing.
  2. Grooming photos help choose the service.
  3. Health photos are left for your team, unassessed, and an appointment is offered.
  4. Everything stays in the conversation in the dashboard, with the audio and the photo.
The voice note from the park
«Hi, it's Lola's owner, can we move Thursday's to Friday afternoon?», in a twenty-second voice note. ClaudIA understands it, finds a time on Friday afternoon and replies with the appointment already moved.
