What people fear most about an automatic assistant is getting stuck in canned answers. That doesn't happen with ClaudIA: if an owner asks to speak to a person, is upset or raises something out of the ordinary, ClaudIA steps aside and passes the conversation to your team.
The handover is designed so nothing gets lost: the alert reaches the clinic's phone with the reason, and the task stays in the dashboard's bell, with a direct link to the conversation or the call.
ClaudIA handles the day-to-day on its own —booking, moving and confirming appointments, explaining opening hours and services— and recognises when someone on the team needs to use their judgement.
How it works
- On WhatsApp or Instagram, ClaudIA pauses that conversation, says goodbye kindly and alerts the team with the reason.
- On the phone, in Spain, it takes the message and the alert reaches the team with the number and what they were asking for.
- Everything appears in the dashboard's bell, with a button to go to the chat or the call.
- Your team deals with it, marks the task as done and switches ClaudIA back on with one click.
