At a clinic the client is the owner, but the patient is the animal, and one family can bring three. Each pet has its own record: species, breed or mix, sex, date of birth, microchip number, whether it's neutered and the handling notes your team adds over time.
Health and allergies have their own section, and ClaudIA never reads that section, on purpose: it's information for your team, not for a WhatsApp conversation. ClaudIA knows the dog's name and what appointment it has; the clinical side stays in the clinic.
The clinical history stays in your veterinary software. ClaudIA keeps what's needed to answer, book appointments and send reminders on time.
How it works
- An owner can have several pets, each with its own record.
- When booking, ClaudIA asks which pet it's for and puts it under that name.
- Health and allergies are noted on the record and never reach the assistant.
- Your team adds what they see at each visit, and it's there for the next one.
«This one needs two people to hold him»
It's been on his record since the first visit. Whoever sees him today reads it before going into the consulting room, even if it's the first time they've met that dog.
