Many families bring more than one animal: two dogs, a dog and a cat, the litter that stayed at home. When the software only understands clients, the calendar ends up saying «García — dog» and nobody knows which of the two came for the check-up.
In ClaudIA the client is the owner and each pet has its own record inside theirs. If the owner has just one, ClaudIA doesn't ask: the appointment is for that pet. If they have several, it asks which one, offering their names, and the appointment goes under that pet's name.
If two come on the same day, that's two appointments, each with its own duration and vet, and the reminders say whose each one is. Vaccine and check-up reminders go per pet, and whatever falls due in the same family arrives in a single message.
How it works
- Each owner has their pets, each with its own record.
- With one pet, the appointment is for it without asking; with several, ClaudIA asks which.
- Two pets on the same day are two appointments, back to back if the owner asks.
- Reminders and alerts carry each pet's name.
