Times kept aside for what can't wait

When the calendar is full, an emergency has nowhere to go: the alert reaches the team, but the first free time is tomorrow. That's why many clinics keep a little time each day for what can't wait.

In ClaudIA you choose which times of the day are kept for emergencies and how long each one lasts. A normal request doesn't see them: ClaudIA doesn't offer them for a vaccine or a check-up. When someone describes something that may be urgent, they're the first ones offered.

And they don't stay empty: if, a few hours before, nobody has needed that time, it goes back to the normal calendar on its own and can be given to anyone. The emergency seen if there is one; a full clinic if there isn't.

How it works

  1. You choose the times of day kept for emergencies and how long they last.
  2. ClaudIA doesn't offer them on a normal request, on any channel.
  3. For something that may be urgent, it offers them first and alerts the team.
  4. If nobody has used them when only a few hours remain, they go back to the calendar on their own.
  5. From the dashboard your team can put whatever it wants in those times.
The cut paw at eleven
The clinic keeps 12:30 for emergencies. At eleven, an owner says their dog has cut a paw. ClaudIA offers 12:30 and alerts the team with the message. The next day nobody needs it, and at 10:30 that time goes back to the calendar and fills with a check-up.
