A health plan —two check-ups a year, the vaccines, a discount on baths— builds loyalty and brings revenue forward. What it doesn't sort out is the counting: how many check-ups they've had, whether the summer one was included, whether it has already expired.
Here the system keeps count. You create your plans and packs with what they include, their price and their expiry, sell them to the client and they're on their record. Every completed appointment deducts a session automatically, and if it's undone, the session comes back.
If the owner asks on WhatsApp how many they have left, ClaudIA tells them straight away. Selling, redeeming and cancelling is done at the front desk, where the money is. And before a plan expires with sessions still unused, ClaudIA writes once to offer an appointment.
How it works
- You create the plan or pack once: what it includes, its price and when it expires.
- It's sold from the dashboard and shows on the client's record.
- Every completed appointment deducts a session automatically; undoing it gives it back.
- If it's about to expire with sessions unused, ClaudIA writes once to book an appointment.
