An appointment nobody turns up to is an hour of consulting time that doesn't come back. And at a clinic many appointments are booked weeks ahead —the check-up, the second dose—, so there's plenty of time to forget.
ClaudIA sends a reminder the day before, with the pet's name, asking for confirmation. People who aren't planning to come usually say so if you make it easy, and with twenty-four hours to go that time can still be given to someone else.
How it works
- The reminder goes out on its own, with your wording and in the language the client writes in.
- Whoever confirms is marked in the calendar; whoever can't come is cancelled and their time is freed.
- If there's a waiting list, that time is offered without anyone having to remember.
The second dose
«I can't bring Toby tomorrow after all». With a day to go, the time goes to someone who was waiting and Toby's second dose is moved to Thursday in the same conversation.
