It's what brings the most appointments back to a clinic and what slips through most often: the annual vaccine nobody remembered, the three-monthly worming that stopped after the second. The owner hasn't gone to another clinic; simply nobody reminded them.
You mark which services are preventive and how often they're due. ClaudIA keeps each pet's schedule separately —the vaccine on one side, the worming on the other— and writes to the owner when one falls due. If several fall due in the same family, they go in a single message: «Luna is due her annual vaccine and Rocky his worming».
Dates the pet brings from before —the last rabies jab it had at another clinic— are noted on its record, and the schedule starts from there.
The message names the treatment, never a product or a brand, and doesn't nag: whoever doesn't answer doesn't get a chain of messages.
How it works
- You mark your preventive services and how often they repeat.
- Every completed appointment sets that pet's next reminder going.
- Earlier dates are noted on the pet's record.
- If the owner says yes, ClaudIA suggests times and books the appointment.
