If the clinic has kept its calendar in Google Calendar for years, there's no need to move to get started.
Every appointment that comes in through WhatsApp, Instagram or your booking page is also created in the connected calendar. And whatever you note there by hand —a conference, an on-call shift, the afternoon you close— ClaudIA sees as busy time and stops offering those hours.
What comes from Google enters the dashboard marked as pending: you add the service and the vet and it becomes a normal appointment, with its client and its pet.
How it works
- You connect your Google account from the dashboard, with one click.
- Every new appointment is also created in the connected calendar; if a vet has their own linked in Team, in theirs.
- What you already have in Google is respected: those hours stop being offered within 10 minutes at most.
- What comes in through a vet's calendar goes straight to their column in the calendar.
- When you start, you bring in at once the appointments for the next 12 months you already had in Google.
- Events coming from Google are confirmed in the dashboard and stay with their client.
Friday's conference
The vet has had it in Google for a month. There's no need to block it twice: ClaudIA stops offering her calendar that day and shares the appointments out among the rest of the team.
