Many clinics offer grooming: a bath, a cut, a deshedding. It's a good way to get clients coming in more often, but it's usually run separately, in another notebook or another program.
Here it's just another of the clinic's services. When someone asks for a bath, ClaudIA asks what's needed for the appointment to work —breed, size, coat type and whether it's matted— and notes it on the pet's record, the same one the vet sees. Prices by size are given as a range and confirmed when the animal is seen.
And if, when asking for the bath, the owner says the dog has a wound or something on its skin, ClaudIA doesn't book the bath on top: it alerts the team and offers a consultation first. The vet is right there, and it's the vet who decides.
How it works
- You create your grooming services with their duration by size and their room.
- ClaudIA asks breed, size and coat only for those services, not for a vaccine.
- The bath and the consultation share the calendar, the record and the reminders.
- Bath packs are counted automatically, like any other pack.
