In Team you add each person with their hours and the services they do, and ClaudIA only books them for their own. In Access each person logs in with their own username and the profile you decide: reception sees the calendar, appointments and till; an employee sees what they need to work without the clinic's money; a manager runs everything except what belongs only to the owner.
How it works

The afternoon receptionist logs in with her own username: she sees the calendar, the conversations and the till, and doesn't see the reports or the account. The day she changes jobs, her access is removed in one click.
