At a veterinary clinic WhatsApp never stops: someone wants the cat's vaccine, someone asks if you're open on Saturday, someone wants to move the dog's check-up. And whoever could answer is in a consultation, in surgery or holding an animal.
ClaudIA replies in seconds: it explains the services you've published, says which times you genuinely have free and books the appointment in the same conversation. It isn't a menu of options: it's a normal conversation, in your clinic's tone.
And it knows who the appointment is for. If the owner has two dogs and a cat, it asks which one, and the appointment goes on that pet's record, under its name, so the vet sees it that way in the calendar.
How it works
- You connect the clinic's WhatsApp by scanning a code. You don't change number.
- ClaudIA reads your services, your opening hours and your calendar, and answers with them.
- When it closes an appointment, it writes it into the calendar straight away, under the pet's name.
- If it doesn't know something, it tells you instead of making it up.
