Your client list, brought in in an afternoon

What holds back a change of software most is the idea of typing every client in again by hand. There's no need.

If you're coming from another program or a spreadsheet, your clients are imported from a CSV, and ClaudIA doesn't duplicate anyone: it never overwrites a record that already exists. If you keep them in your phone's contacts, they come across just the same, by exporting the contacts from Android or iPhone and marking who's a client.

Each pet is added to its owner's record —species, breed, microchip— the first time it comes in or when your team has a moment, and from that day its appointments and reminders go under its name. The clinical history stays in your veterinary software.

How it works

  1. You export your clients from your previous software or your phone.
  2. You upload them from Clients and confirm which column is which.
  3. Records that already exist are neither overwritten nor duplicated.
  4. Pets are added on each owner's record.
The Friday afternoon of the switch
The clinic exports its client list from the previous software on a Friday, uploads it to ClaudIA and on Monday starts answering with everyone in. Pets are added as they come in for consultations.
