Google reviews without having to ask for them

People looking for a vet check the stars before anything else. And almost nobody asks for a review, because you have to remember right when the owner is leaving with their animal in their arms.

ClaudIA asks on its own, a few hours after the appointment, how it went. With a four or a five, it says thank you and invites them to leave a review with the link to your Google profile. With a three or less, it sends no link: it asks what happened, takes down the reason and alerts you so you can sort it out in private.

In moderation: you choose from which visit it asks, it never asks the same person twice within thirty days and anyone you'd rather not ask is marked on their record.

How it works

  1. You switch it on in Reviews and paste the link to your Google profile.
  2. You choose how many hours after the appointment it asks.
  3. With a 4 or a 5, ClaudIA offers the link; with a 3 or less, it alerts you.
  4. Never two requests to the same person within thirty days.
After the spay
The dog goes home at midday. In the afternoon, the owner gets a short message asking how her experience at the clinic was. She answers with a five and receives the link to your profile. You didn't have to remember anything.
