Before an operation or an anaesthetic, the owner's consent is mandatory. It's almost always a printed sheet signed in a hurry at the front desk, with the animal already in the nurse's arms.
In ClaudIA you write the text once and assign it to the services that need it. From the client's record you prepare theirs and send them the link by WhatsApp days beforehand. They open it with the last four digits of their phone number, read it calmly at home and sign it.
What's saved is the text exactly as they read it, with its version and fingerprint, the date and time, and the PDF comes out whenever you need it. If you change the text, the version goes up and what was already signed remains valid.
How it works
- You write the consent in Services and assign it to the services that need it.
- From the client's record you prepare theirs and copy the private link.
- The owner opens it with the last four digits of their phone number and signs it.
- The PDF, with the exact text and its fingerprint, is taken from the record.
