Between consultations nobody opens the dashboard. WhatsApp, on the other hand, opens in twenty seconds.
In the same chat where ClaudIA sends you alerts, you write what you want in your own words: move an appointment, block Thursday afternoon, book a new time. ClaudIA doesn't carry out what it thinks it understood: it sends back a proposal with the details already worked out —name, day and time— and only acts if you answer yes.
What gets carried out goes through the same checks as the dashboard —opening hours, closures, absences, rooms and overlaps— and is logged. The module is switched on per clinic and depends on the plan.
How it works
- The team numbers that can give orders are registered: nobody else gives them.
- You write the order in the alerts chat, as you'd say it to a person.
- ClaudIA replies with what it understood, already worked out, and waits for your yes.
- With your yes it's carried out the same way as in the dashboard, and it's logged.
Between two consultations
You come out of a consultation and type: «block tomorrow from four to six for me, I've got a long operation». ClaudIA replies with the day, the hours and who's affected. You type «yes» and go back in.
