A clinic's reception sells: pet food, collars, shampoos, toys. The selling is easy; the hard part is keeping track of what's left on the shelf.
Each product has its record —price, brand, category and barcode— and is charged on the same receipt as the consultation. Stock goes down on its own when you sell and comes back if you refund the whole receipt.
Deliveries and stock counts are logged with one button, every movement is recorded and the list flags what's below minimum before it runs out. ClaudIA doesn't recommend products to anyone: the module belongs to the counter.
How it works
- You add each product with its price, its barcode and the minimum for the alert.
- At the till you search by name or scan it, and it goes on the receipt with its tax.
- When you take payment, stock goes down on its own; if you refund the whole receipt, it comes back.
- Deliveries and counts are logged with one button, and every change is recorded.
The bag of food that always ran out
Three clients take the same food the same week. The list flags it as below minimum, you add it to the next order and log the delivery when it arrives. The fourth client doesn't leave empty-handed.
