Starting the day with a clear calendar changes how you work: how many consultations there are, which operations, who's coming first thing and how the previous day went.
Every morning, before opening and in your clinic's time zone, ClaudIA sends you the summary on WhatsApp: the day's appointments and what was billed the day before, counting only the appointments that actually took place. Without opening the dashboard and without asking.
It can go to two alert phones, for example the manager's and reception's.
How it works
- You switch the summary on in the dashboard and choose which phone it goes to.
- It arrives on its own every morning, in the clinic's time zone.

- In the dashboard you see what it looks like before switching it on.
A quarter to eight on a Monday
The clinic's director reads the summary over breakfast: eighteen appointments, two operations in the morning and a fully booked grooming afternoon. She arrives knowing where an extra pair of hands will be needed.
