Many owners write when the clinic is closed: back from the evening walk, on a Sunday afternoon, on a public holiday. They're messages about appointments, opening hours or a vaccine that's due, and almost all of them can be sorted out there and then.
ClaudIA handles them at any hour with your real calendar: it suggests the free times over the next few days and books the appointment, under the pet's name. In the morning the calendar is up to date and nobody has to answer the pile of messages from the night.
If what the owner describes may be urgent, out of hours it does what you've decided: it gives your emergency number —yours if you work 24 hours, or the hospital you work with—, notes the alert with their message word for word and offers the first appointment the next day. Without assessing anything: that's the vet's job.
How it works
- Your opening hours and closures live in the calendar: ClaudIA knows when you're open and when you aren't.
- Out of hours it keeps booking appointments for the next few days, with the real free times.
- You write once what to say about an out-of-hours emergency and whether you work 24 hours.
- When you open, you see the new appointments and the night's alerts in the dashboard.
